Job Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong track record in selling enterprise SaaS solutions to customers in Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare, and Retail industries. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, a history of exceeding quotas, and the ability to navigate executive-level relationships. Experience in selling networking or Wi-Fi solutions is a significant plus.

Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in the United States. This is a remote position with up to 30% travel.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive New Business Opportunities

  • Identify and secure new enterprise customers across the Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare, and Retail sectors.
  • Leverage your industry network to open doors and drive pipeline growth.
  • Strategically focus on high-value opportunities ($100K and above) that align with company objectives.

2. Consultative Selling

  • Engage in a consultative sales approach, deeply understanding customer needs and challenges.
  • Position 7SIGNAL’s SaaS and Wi-Fi optimization solutions as mission-critical to their business success.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations tailored to stakeholders at all levels.

3. Achieve Sales Excellence

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs, ensuring predictable revenue growth.
  • Proactively manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to closing deals.
  • Present to and collaborate with C-level executives, effectively articulating ROI and business impact.

4. Lead Negotiations

  • Own the contract negotiation process, structuring deals that align with strategic goals while delivering maximum customer value.

5. Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the customer’s advocate internally, driving continued innovation and service excellence.

6. CRM and Reporting

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience targeting Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare, and Retail verticals.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value B2B sales, with strong preference for experience in Wi-Fi performance or networking solutions.
  • Established industry network with the ability to build and expand key relationships in target verticals.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strategic Selling Expertise: Ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate enterprise buying processes.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfortable understanding and explaining technical Wi-Fi optimization concepts.
  • Executive-Level Communication: Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to structure, negotiate, and close profitable enterprise contracts.
  • Autonomous and Driven: Self-starter capable of working independently while excelling in a collaborative team environment.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms, coupled with strong Microsoft Office skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
