The ideal candidate will bring a robust book of business, established contacts, and a wealth of experience in prospecting and closing deals with enterprise clients in Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare, and Retail verticals.

Job Description:

As a Senior Sales Executive at 7SIGNAL, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our innovative solution.  You will lead strategic sales initiatives targeting enterprise customers in Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare, and Retail, showcasing
the transformative impact of our Wi-Fi optimization platform on their operations.  We are seeking an individual who not only possesses exceptional sales acumen but also comes with an existing network for effective prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Solution Positioning: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our SaaS-based Wi-Fi performance solution.   Showcase how the platform addresses specific connectivity and Wi-Fi challenges within Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare, and Retail.
  • Enterprise Prospecting: Utilize your existing network and contacts within the specified verticals to identify and engage enterprise-level clients.  Develop and implement targeted prospecting strategies, emphasizing the benefits of Wi-Fi optimization.
  • Consultative Selling:  Conduct needs assessments to understand the unique requirements of customers in the specified industries.  Demonstrate how our Wi-Fi optimization platform delivers tangible improvements in performance and efficiency.
  • Technical Expertise:  Collaborate with the technical team to provide in-depth knowledge and insights during client interactions.  Address technical queries and ensure a seamless understanding of the platform's capabilities.
  • Relationship Management:  Delighting our customer is one number one goal.  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries. 
  • Autonomous Sales Skills: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience selling software solutions / SaaS directly to enterprise customers in one or more of the following verticals: Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare, and Retail.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in business or sales management.
  • Proven success in enterprise-level B2B sales, preference given to experience in Wi-Fi performance solutions.
  • Established network and contacts within Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare, and Retail verticals.
  • Technical understanding of Wi-Fi solutions and the ability to communicate their benefits effectively is a plus
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a history of exceeding enterprise sales targets.
  • Superlative written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with computer software such as Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time or more
