Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Sales Executive with over 10 years of experience in selling enterprise SaaS solutions directly to customers within the Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare, and Retail verticals. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in enterprise-level B2B sales. Experience selling networking or wifi solutions is a plus.
This is a remote position.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities with enterprise customers across Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare, and Retail sectors.
  • Leverage Industry Network: Utilize your established network of contacts within these industries to expand the company’s market presence and drive sales growth.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Understand customer needs and challenges to effectively communicate the benefits of our SaaS and Wi-Fi solutions, positioning our offerings as essential components of their business strategy.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators.
  • Executive-Level Engagement: Present and articulate value propositions to senior executives, demonstrating the impact of our solutions on their organization’s success.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to close deals that align with the company’s strategic and financial objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record all sales activities and pipeline information in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30% or more as required to meet with clients and advance business objectives.

  • Present Solutions: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders within enterprise organizations.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Lead negotiations and close deals that align with the company’s financial and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth.
  • Maintain CRM: Accurately track all sales activities and pipeline information in Salesforce.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30% or more as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10+ years of direct SaaS sales experience to enterprise customers in Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare, and Retail.
  • Sales Success: Proven track record of success in enterprise-level B2B sales, with experience in Wi-Fi performance or networking being highly preferred.
  • Industry Network: Established network within the targeted verticals with a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to grasp technical concepts related to Wi-Fi solutions and communicate their benefits effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on closing profitable deals.
  • Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to work independently while also contributing to team success.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Management, or related field, or equivalent training and experience.
